Poem published in the 2025 Harvest Journal.en
I drew inspiration for this piece from the two most beautiful landscapes that have my heart: The Pacific Northwet and the Faroe Islands. I find comfort in the beauty of the landscape I grew up in, with evergreen trees and rugged cliffs, but when I visited the Faroe Islands, I was confronted with a new beauty that shook me to the core. Beauty comes in many forms and changes the way you see the world. This was my ecstasy.en
