This study explored the mental health challenges faced by veterinarians and their support staff, focusing on anxiety, depression, and professional quality of life. It highlighted the need to further study the entire veterinary support staff. The research involved the Generalized Anxiety Disorder Assessment (GAD-7), the Patient Health Questionnaire (PHQ-9), and the Professional Quality of Life Measurement (ProQOL5), which were conducted through Qualtrics. Despite the lack of statistically significant findings regarding job title and mental health outcomes, the study aligned with previous research indicating moderate levels of mental health issues across various veterinary roles. Limitations included limited data collection time period and skewed sample with a majority of female participants. The study contributes to ongoing efforts to understand the well-being of veterinary professionals and suggests future research directions to address these challenges comprehensively.en
